Responsibilities
This website allows for electronic payments to Pacific Adventist University (PAU). The responsibility for secure, accurate and confirmed payments as submitted is the extent responsibility applicable to the Merchant facilities provider. It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to ensure correct payment is made or initiate and resolve all matters relating to payment disputes.

Refunds
Refunds to any payment made by error, double-payment and/or by a withdrawn student, will take up to 3 days of processing time. All applicable refund requests must be made in writing stating date, time and payment reference and sent via email to [email protected]

Some cancellation or transaction change fees may apply at cost where the Merchant incurs additional fees for adjusting transactions.
