Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management

The Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management is nested within the Master in Leadership and Management. The course will assist graduates from fields other than management, to gain leadership and management skills.

The delivery of the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management is via three two-week intensives in June-July and three two-week intensives in December-January at Koiari Park campus. It is also offered on Sundays for the working students in Port Moresby. 
At the completion of 120 credit points (6 units) equivalent to PNG NQF Level 8, the student will be able to continue with the Master of Leadership and Management programme if he/she achieves a CGPA of 2.70 or better.

Applicants must also:

1.    Have at least 2 years work experience or be currently employed in the development industry; and
2.    Be recommended by their employer or other relevant superior in their professional field; and
3.    Have a commitment to serving diverse peoples and communities; and
4.    Have a good moral character and a willingness to order their lives in harmony with aims and philosophy of the university.
